The deadline for submission was originally July 31st. We have, however, received numerous emails from folks on holidays wishing to submit when they get back. We are especially keen to receive submissions from the K-12 sector and have therefore decided to extend the deadline to the end of the school holidays and to accept submission until Sunday August 25th at midnight (Pacific Time). Please note, however, that a large number of submissions have already been reviewed and are currently being reviewed. The remaining spots on the program will be offered on a 'first come first served' basis as late submissions come in. Do not wait till the last day to send us your abstract as no guarantees can be offered that we will still be able to accommodate and accept all successfully reviewed submissions that are being submitted late.
Presenters are asked to submit abstracts using the link below. Abstracts will be independently peer-reviewed, on a rolling basis, as they are received. Decisions will be sent out within two weeks of receipt of abstracts. Presenters may submit more than one abstract on the Abstract Submission Form. We encourage all presenters to reflect on UDL as it impacts the conference presentation format and ask them to ensure not merely accessibility for all participants in the sessions, but a genuine engagement with the three UDL principles. Submissions can be made in French as well as English.
